I'm currently at level 94 in the Rising Star Game and I'm very close to reaching level 95. I also organize a giveaway in every my post about Rising Star. You can win 2000 Starbits (+1 LEO) by participating in this giveaway.

I need to increase my fan count in order to continue the Starbits Millionaire Mission, so I do research in the market and buy NFT cards that I find cheap. Currently on the market 1 fan costs about 61 Starbits. In other words, NFT cards with 100 fans sell for about 6,100 Starbits. I've been researching the market a few times a day and looking for NFT cards that cost 58 Starbits or less for 1 fan and buy when I find them.

A few times a day, I find NFT cards that fit my strategy, but I have to be very quick to buy because there are players like me waiting to buy them at a cheap price. I manage to buy a few NFT cards at cheap price a day, although I can't keep up to buy most of them. Also, I make sure that the NFT cards I buy have Skill. I think fan cards may become more expensive in the coming weeks. That's why I think it might be more profitable for me to buy in advance. I increased my fan count by 650 with the NFT cards I bought today.
