Splinterlands: Are you still buying packs/potions with credits?

Actually when I received credits in my account for affiliate commission, it struck to me why the user still using credits to buy in from Splinterlands shop.

DEC price is below the soft peg of $1 and the users can get whooping discount if they use DEC.

At current DEC is going 42% below peg so it means effectively getting 42% Discount in each CHAOS pack purchased.

Same goes with potions if you are still using credits to purchase them.
