I have a small city (around 80 population) but no tech so any of the tech I'd accept greatly. I started playing this game when it was first released and got gifted a building. Didn't really look at it again until a few weeks ago and built my little city up a bit. If my city is larger than others, then donate elsewhere! Thanks for the giveaway.
