80% of the 4% burn will be used to purchase CUB and burn it 20% of the 4% burn will be used to purchase bLEO (LEO) and burn it

How can I understand this?

Also I have got a question on how can I use my Binance Chain Wallet (I use it to Thorchain Rune LPing) - can't get to my wallet and can not import it to Metamask (I don't know how)
