It is always a great to start the new year off with goals. Goals should be reasonable but you may want to also add some stretch goals to keep you motivated. Thank you @theycallmedan for this great initiative.

Which is going to be your investment strategy for 2021?

Fiat based investments are on autopilot through my companies 401k. Each monthly contribution buys additional shares in mutual funds focused on value investing and emerging markets. I will continue this strategy until these asset groups go from undervalued to overvalued based on history and relative values to other asset groups such as growth stocks.

Crypto is largely a buy and hold endearer. The crypto asset I am most involved in is managing Leo Finance earnings (all powered up) and selling off splinterlands earnings for more STEM power. I have the stack of BTC and ETH that I am comfortable with. Looking to use additional fait to add to other assets such as Zilliqa and ThorChain or any other promising coins I can research.

I am looking to realized some ETH gains (possibly at $2000 each) to finally be debt free again. This will truly be the moment that crypto has changed my life. I just hope to be able to resist selling off the majority until much higher prices in the decade to come.

Do you have any specific assets that you want to invest in?

Crypto has definitely been the most important asset that I through money at over the last several years. A few thousand dollars has grown a lot faster than the tens of thousand sent to mutual funds and other stock investments.

It would be nice to diversify some crypto profits into commercial real estate. I especially like the idea of owning all or part of key warehouse locations for the e-commerce future. Owning all of a building will not happen this year but I will likely start dollar cost averaging into publicly traded REITs focused on the warehouse space.

Preferred Investment? Crypto, Real Estate, Commodities, Stocks?

Today crypto is my preferred area of focus as it feels like I am finally an early investor in something. Like buying the recent IPOs in the first couple of years of the companies life.

Do you have a plan or a set of goals on how to use and grow your stake?

As stated above I plan to sell off enough ETH at $2000 each to become debt free. Once debt free I will grow my stake by using the freed up fiat earnings and continued curation efforts on Leofinance.

Share your prediction for the price of Hive and LEO in 2021

I believe HIVE will remain around $0.10. There have always been to many sellers and not enough incentive for people to buy (invest) in HIVE and HIVE Power. Hopefully this will change in the near future.

I am looking for LEO to hit $10 minimum. The project has great momentum and the new initiatives should be able to bring an influx of new users leading to the positive feed back loop that will get the price moving.

Hope everyone has a great and prosperous new year. Cheers!
