Travala posted a new report for March 2022, and the numbers are impressive again. Global traveling is opening up more and more after it has severely suffered from COVID restrictions, and TRAVALA managed to commercialize this trend. The number of nights booked increased by 36% compared to February and is at 13,065 in total. The number of flights increased even more by 45% compared to January totals to 3179. Astonishing year-on-year revenue growth of 324% compared to March 2021 was reported.

9,363,650 AVA are locked by 6,954 smart members program representing 18.44% of the AVA circulating supply - which is a bit of a decline for each of these metrics compared to last month.

As you can see from the table below, exactly 750 Diamond Smart members are registered. The floor price of the Travel-Tiger NFT, which is needed in addition to the 2,500 AVA staked for that Diamond Smart member level is currently 4,15 ETH (up from 1,3 ETH at the time of minting).

Smart Diamond – 750 Smart Platinum – 2,219 Smart Gold – 146 Smart Silver – 512 Smart Bronze – 1,436 Smart Steel – 983 Smart Basic – 908

Smart Dimond members are able to get their share of 10% of the net revenues by completing a marketing task. For the first quarter of 2022, they have been informed that the task, consists of changing their Twitter (or Facebook) Avatar into their Travel Tiger for a specified time. Unfortunately, it is not stated in detail how big the reward for that is.

The community pool has been filled again with 3% of revenue for March 2022, representing 123,385 AVA AVA worth $220,859, and with 50% of secondary sale royalties for March 2022 representing 23,593 AVA AVA worth $42,231. So in total 146,978 AVA has been added to the community pool for March. I am still curious about what that pool will be used for...

The number of monthly active users (MAU) in March exceeded 239,000 (which is a decline of 11,000 unfortunately) and bookings were made over Desktop 53%, Mobile Apps 30%, Mobile Web 10%, Binance Marketplace 7%. 78% of all bookings in March were paid with cryptocurrencies, which was exactly the same number as last month.

This is still one of the most interesting real-world-use cases for crypto-currencies to date. With the track record of continuous development and community engagement, this will soon be reflected also in the price of AVA.
