There is more to health than just waiting for your government to inject you with juices every few months… you should eat good, move around often, get some sun, take your vitamins and surround yourself with positivity.

A sick salad, with some broccoli and juicy chicken. Someone told me this looks like steak lol but nope this is chicken.

What is a good thing to do right after eating? Go for a 10-20 minute walk, before your body has a chance to start digesting you can preventively start working on your blood sugars and give your body a jump start on digesting.

Now, pretty much like everyone else in the world, I put on some pounds since 2020… so recently I have quit a lot of things. I quit smoking weed, which has lowered my appetite, which means no more fast food… I have also quit caffeine. Not sure if it was the caffeine or the weed or the gained weight but my heart was beating super fast often… but since quitting all those things, my heart has been fine… I am also a bit paranoid about getting the jabby jab. Don’t bother trying to convince me, the placebo effect works the other way as well, it has been tested, if I feel like it will hurt me it will probably hurt me even if it wasn’t supposed to… anyways..

Did you know, lose 10% of your body weight gives you significant health benefits? So if you are 300 and go down to 270, or 200 and go to 180, or 150 and go to 135 etc you will realize a big majority of your health benefits …

I got home late tonight and did not have a gold and silver topic in mind, prices went up the other day now kinda down compared to the tops they reached recently, other markets are pretty rekt though lol. Tomorrow will return to my regular gold and silver posts, see you then ;)
