The amount of work that goes into this is outstanding and the fact that everything has to be timed perfectly for it to come out like this is hard to understand. Something only a mother can make.

First, you have to make the dough, which on its own, is quite the feat. The sauce its made separately, along with the caramelized onions. If just one of these ingredients is undercooked or overdone it ruins the whole thing.

Not just that, the cheese can’t be too melted, and the sauced can’t be overcooked. The sheer amount of timing that is needed to get each and every ingredient right is just too much for me, I can’t even get the bread to come out this good lol

The only ingredient on here you might be thinking “why put that” are the cocktail sausages. Now maybe next time I can try finding some high quality sausage or pepperoni to put but honestly these breakfast cocktails are more for nostalgia since this was the recipe used since I was really young. But, trying new things can create new memories that I will try to learn and carry on.

Cracked a beer, and enjoyed the hell out of many many slices of this pizza. This is something I can eat every single day and never get tired of. It’s that good.
