Parenting is a tough task where parents need to take care of all the kids requirement. Many considers parenting as a good way of Investment to secure a good future of the kids. However many a times we bring the monetory factor while raising our kids. Not sure whether that would be a good factor or not. I have seen many cases where Kids or even young ones get spoiled once they get easy access to money. Or when they get into the glamorous world of their own. I was just wondering ,

Is it fair to expose Kids to money as early as possible??

I have seen many cases where young brats get spoiled and could not able to build on their career. Unless and untill they realize their mistake and take timely action For instance, Indian Cricketer Virat Kohli is one of the finest sportsman of modern era. However, when he was just 17 years of age, he was exposed to the cash rich IPL game of cricket. Redukting some poor performance . He himself confessed in an interview that he was carried over by the money and could not focus on the game, which doesn't allow him to give 100%.
Once he realized and taken the action he is now one of the best sportsman the game has ever produced.

We often finds parents bribing their kids to complete certain task or to achive certain goals. Just for example, yesterday I came across a kids time table made by her mother , where she smartly rewards the kid if he follow the routine everyday. Bringing the monetory factor in between.

Looking at the timetable, I can say the kid is of 8-10 of age. But whats the purpose of giving them money at such an early age. At this age it's the parent who look after them and bear all expenses. So what the kid will do with money ?? Toffee, burger, or some toys etc

It's great to teach them the importance of respecting the time and follow the schedule to be discipline in life. But if you are exposing them to money then, it becomes the parents respobsibility to make them aware of its correct usage. Instead of focusing spending money on junk or waste things, the parents must taught them the lesson of **importance of saving*.

Such learning will definatelly help them to be better in life. Once the kids learn the correct usage and saving money for good time then definately it allow them to be build their career. Too much money might allow them to misuse them.

It's my thinking might be other parent have other opinion. In my case, instead of money I acknowledge and promises them to give some good gifts later and I try to live upon my promises.

Money is good , but money is also a reason for many disputes. In my opinion we must make our kids a better person and make them understand the use and misuse of money alongwith the benefit of saving. When the times comes they themselves find the best way to invest in good option.

Peace!!
