Valid points although I agree with Dan, taking over a PoS system, what does one really get.

Sunny Boi was left holding the bag when the community split. Good thing he bought at a discount. If he went the buy it on the open market route, it would have cost him a fortune, and the community would have had a ton of resources which to develop their new project.
