How do you think we who are not developers can become specialists on the subject to teach others?

For myself, I read a lot about the subject. We do not need to know the fine details of how it works to use it and benefit. For example, few of us have any idea how the Internet works, nor do we care.

I would recommend just reading as much as you can on the subject to get a firm basis in what is taking place.

Also, keep in mind what you learn about cryptocurrency and blockchain also are part of it.
