That is true to degree yes, all front ends would need to ban one. However, some of them are open source which would allow for easy reproduction of a front end.

To get all to agree is impossible although I am not sure Hive.blog can do that. Either way that is open source software.

Regardless of what happened, the account would still exist. Banning does not delete account, do away with the posts, or take money out.
