I think I'm on exactly the same path as your colleague. I spend 100% of my time working online with cryptography. Hive and Leofinance are my job now, but besides my job it is also the best learning place I have. You mentioned Starlink and you are right, soon thanks to that company human beings all over the planet will have access to high speed internet, including me.
