I totally get that! I too was one that sold off many of my earnings for several years, that's why I now still am below 2000 HP. I needed the funds in real life as fiat money coming in often wasn't enough. I also started by selling off my SPS at the beginning as well as the vouchers that were still very high back then.

But I suck at the game haha. I can't even get past bronze nowadays although a long long time ago, I used to play in diamond with a few accounts. I totally lost touch with the game. I have other stuff keeping me busy, so that's fine.

If you play up in that league and earn enough by playing, you could at some point decide to split earnings between building stakes/buying cards to level your account. Best of both worlds :)
