Wow, this was a very enlightening post for me explaining vote values. I have seen my rewards go up (a lot) several times in the past days, and thought this had to do with the higher price of $HIVE. I had no idea how the mechanics actually worked. You explained it very well, thank you for that!

I've been creating a lot of content in the past week after being absent for a few weeks due to personal circumstances. It has been an absolute joy to see higher votes as I'm aiming at growing my stake for the speak network snapshot :)

I've also enjoyed it a lot seeing my vote has an actual (small) value now. I love all the things going on in the Hive communities, and I truly wonder how many people will have found Hive in the next 6/12 months.
