Thanks for sharing. I heard about Splex but the fact that it demands my posting key is a bit of a bummer. I considered creating a separate account just to manage rentals but even then, the very principle of sharing a private key struck me wrongly.

I didn't know about SplinterRents so I might check it out as well.
