What stands out to me is borrowing 100k. Is there no possibility of finding investors? Once you borrow, you will immediately have an anchor pulling down on your revenue. And, if revenues do not cover your costs, you will have to pay out of pocket.

If you borrow 100k, it would be preferable that you have your own 100k to cover the loan if things do not work.
