Luck is something you can't get to the bottom of, some believe in them, some don't, and some are totally against the concept, "Luck".

There are multiple beliefs regarding "Luck".

  • In Buddhism, luck is achieved from doing good deeds from either your past life or present life.

  • In Christianity, luck is concluded in god's plan, Christians believe that God has a plan for them and that they will have their day one day.

  • For Muslims and the other religions, I don't know about it, so I'll pass.

There is always a reason for "Luck" to appear.

Apparently, I've concluded my own version of "Luck". From my perspective, "Luck" is AKA "Opportunity" or a "Chance". The "Luck" from gambling isn't really luck, it's just random uncertainty.

Luck is usually achieved thru consistent smartness and hard work. I personally believe that luck won't come to you for no reason. Just that there are different kinds of "Luck".

  • Luck or opportunities that you create yourself without waiting for lady luck or opportunities to fall upon you. You have an idea, you plan your project, and then you take action. And while taking action, you look for ways to improve and leverage your projects.

  • Luck or opportunities that others offer you because they saw value and possibilities in what you're doing, thus decide to support and invest in your project. All you'll have to do is grab the opportunity and do it to the best of your ability.

Luck is always prone to take you by surprise, it wouldn't give you time to think much over, there's only grab it or let it pass by you.

Let's say I'm playing the guitar and singing on the streets earning just enough for food each day, then suddenly one day someone comes up to me and asks if I'm interested in playing at his restaurant. What should my answer be?

  • Uh, no thanks, I'm not that good at playing the guitar, I'm not confident in myself.

The restaurant owner would've shrugged and then walk off, never to offer you this opportunity again. And I would've lost my only chance to be able to stand on my own 2 feet.
Now, what if my answer was,

  • I'm not that good at playing the guitar, but I'm willing to try and will work to improve if my skills aren't sufficient.

This means that I've taken up the offer(Luck) and I'm on my way to be able to earn a living for myself instead of just roaming and playing on random streets.

Luck doesn't come randomly, only people who deserve it will be able to grasp "Luck" and utilize it to the fullest.

Let's say if you guys are someone wealthy and rich, and you're looking for someone to impart your knowledge or pass your wealth to, you wouldn't choose a useless good-for-nothing, right?

But what if you're working hard all the time, but luck still doesn't come your way?

So should you quit?

F*cking NO!

Why should you quit when you're lacking only luck? There are multiple components in success, like courage, determination, creativity, perseverance, diligence, consistency, ideas, capital, and luck.

So why should you f*cking quit just because you lacked luck? What's the point working so hard for your passion and quitting just because luck doesn't come your way?

Luck is the least important of all. The rest of the components are the really important ones, luck is just an accelerator boost to your success. Even if you don't have luck, you'll succeed if all your other qualities are there.

There are much more things in life to experience than to only put your life in luck's hands all the time.

Criticize as you deem fit, guys. I'm accepting all comments, negative or positive. I'm improving day by day, no matter hard or easy.
