First LPUD day of the year

So, first leofinance power up day for 2023! Unlike the previous months there is no special prize like an nft or whatever...

We were debating between starting the year with some big event for LPUD or not.

The reasoning behind both ideas of starting with a bang or starting simple have both arguments for and against, and we decided there's not going to be any big event for this LPUD mainly because we don't need one yet, we can start simple and then build up hype from there month after month. source

Oh well, who cares. I did my part and powered up 1,608.814 Leo on my Leo curation account, @trumpman2.. which brings my total Leo power at... I am too lazy to do the math. It's over 200k, which may sound a lot, but if Leo inflation keeps as is, it won't be much in a year or so. Hopefully that team bounty account that pays out Leo to hive delegations (that acts as a huge inflationary force on top of the regular inflation) will soon run out of Leo 😐

In other related Leo news, I remember it was promised that Leo buy backs using ad revenue would resume before the end of the last year. Unless I have missed something.. this did not happen which is a bummer.. Maybe soon? Or maybe the actual year wasn't specified so there's still time? 😑😣 Pfff.

It's not like complaining about broken promises helps much in the sooniverse.
