Bitcoin and blockchain technology are a blessing to us. The freedom it brings alone is abundance. When people complain about the volatility of Bitcoin, I try to make them see the bright side of blockchain technology and the true freedom in it. Bitcoin is just one of the many cryptos out there now and it seems the future of cryptocurrency and blockchain is bigger than Bitcoin alone.

However, the projection for bitcoin last year was 100k. It went above 60k and people perceived 60k as a good time to buy and many people bought in. I remember someone bought pancake tokens for farming at $35 each. Today, Bitcoin is far below the 60k and Pancake is below $5 and it might not even cross $30 in the next 12 months. There have been adoptions of crypto, but it seems it is not affecting the price in a positive direction and everything looks too uncertain now. I met someone last week, and he vowed never to invest in Bitcoin. He said it can make you rich and make you poor even within 30min. As much as I love crypto and have most of my life around it, I gave some reasons it is good, but what he said isn’t a lie. There is sure truth in the drastic changes in price that can affect the market directions and turn investment into nothing.

Luna remains the trouble of the season and we hope a similar issue does not happen again. However, I think there should be some mandatory changes in all blockchain protocols. We can have all systems around DAO. There must be a way to mitigate everything. Bitcoin and other crypto assets now behave like stocks because of the hand of large investors and governments around them. The market is decentralized but the whales can control it. One of the key things I think everyone should learn in this period and the previous bear is to always take a profit. Another is that an All-Time High of a token means nothing. There are assets that the ATH will remain the ATH until eternity. ATH should not be a factor in driving you to buy an asset.

Well, play safe and invest only in value. I have been curating with 10k HP on Hive and my Hive experience has been awesome. I can imagine having 1M hive. I don’t think I would have any reason to invest in any assets again. Hive is just too sweet at any period of the market.
