A PEEP INTO THE LIBERATION WORLD OF DAOs
Governments today are really just a bunch of old rich people playing with everyone’s money and lives. They have zero incentive to think about the wealth, health, and long-term prosperity of YOU. And that’s ok, cause instead of trying to change the people we will change the incentives.
We all see that shit…. Our community is digesting the new world of crypto, web3 and decentralized systems EXQUISITELY. Currently, we are looking at the culture take NFTs and remix it to create wealth for artists and early adopters.
NFTs are just the gateway that’s gonna lead our people into the next revolution of operating on our terms and our systems. Just like Coinbase made people feel safe buying bitcoin, and then led to other cryptos and then DEFI… NFTS will lead our people to the complete web3 metaverse. NFT’s are cool and all, but the shit that really has the power to liberate all people across this earth is DAOs, yes Decentralized Autonomous Organizations !
A decentralized autonomous organization is basically a system on the blockchain that lets you run an organization or community that is controlled by everyone (Decentralized) and is self-sustaining (Autonomous).
Imagine if all the customers and employees ran Samsung? There was no CEO/Executive board and all the decisions that were made regarding Samsung were voted on and decided on by the customers and employees instead of 5 people at the top? What would happen? So every year that there is a new Samsung phone coming out, instead of the CEO deciding what new features are added, WE decide on new features. I bet we would make INVINCIBLE Phones! Batteries would be lasting long AF and we would have the ability to create whatever crazy shit we thought. We would all have Samsung tokens which means we are part of that DAO and we can vote on every part of the business. DAOs let people unite to create the best outcome for everyone! I believe DAOs will replace governments around the world.
To not mince words, I must say I’m excited for the wave of Africans trying to hop into the crypto game. All that DEFI is, is just CREATIVITY. The creative ability to generate yield and replace our current financial system is not docile . Crypto is here because of CREATIVITY.
As Africans ,we have pure innovation, artistry, creativity, resourcefulness, and abundance running through our consciousness. This is manifested in ways such as inventions, business, music, art, sports, comedy, etc Once our youth fully understand decentralized Applications and start coding in solidity, crypto will liberate our people from the inside out.
However, what makes a successful DAO is having a community of willing and eager participants that are INCENTIVIZED. How do you incentivize? Power and money.
Talking about power I do not refer the kind of power that is centralized and creates losses for other people and not the kind of money that is accumulated by a selected few and is cheaply earned.
When I say power, I really mean inclusion. Giving everyone a voice in the community. When I say Money, I really mean rewards. It is essential to reward participation as being part of the village.
DAOs are more or less digital decentralized villages . Community is certainly an integral and important part but in order to monetize, mobilize and incentivize that community you introduce a token. This allows you to give people power (governance), rewards, and monetize whatever that community is all about.
In conclusion, It’s all about creating a circular economy where value is exchanged efficiently between everyone. In Africa where I come from we are blessed with the power of Creativity, God-consciousness,Community and Abundance.DAOs give us the power to Align our incentives, organize effectively and prosper together. Its about time to feast!!
