I completely agree with your analysis. This is why I believe the launch of the new extension might put some pressure on prices. In addition I saw that most of the very active players are the Philipppinos coming from other games such as Axie Infinity. They might create an endless number of accounts to farm with just the 10$ spell book.

In any case, to reach the level I used to be at (around c.100-150 ranking), I would have to pay a minimum of 20-30k today.

Even if I love this game and its tokenomics, the gameplay is definitely not worth it.
