Sorry to hear you haven't been feeling well, and seriously it sounds like you have too much on your plate.

Just a thought here for your consideration, maybe you are trying to work on too many things at once.

What if you delay moving out for a bit especially since money is a tough topic right now, complete one goal and then take on the next.

No matter how you address things, I think you'll sort it out, because you are a problem solver.
