Great post with good points, I agree many don't want to work in the office and some companies have learned this lesson as well. Commercial real-estate is going to take a hit.

Also, although I am usually a fiscal conservative, I don't feel one bit sorry for the food chains who are having a hard time getting their employees to come back.

You know what companies do when they can't find people to hire? They improve wages and benefits.
