The secondary layer tokens are dominating the ecosystem until HIVE wakes up and learns something from them. Maybe they gave different objectives in mind, but that doesn't mean that what works for some of the tokens, doesn't work on the others. For me the secondary layer tokens allow a lot of experimentation and HIVE could learn from it and use that in its advantage. But something needs to change, HIVE cannot be a dormant token for so long...
