Yup. Can only buy! That's the whole idea. We did mull over delegation mining but that was blocked because then it would devalue the coin.

A lot of guys have just bought little by little until they've accumulated a whole load. @pixresteemer used to buy around 20-30 every few days to a week until he hit 1000. Slow and steady :)
