Getting into LEO now is like getting into STEEM soon after launch. Let me help you get an idea of how amazing the opportunities are at the moment. There has been an interesting fish based hierarchy since the days of STEEM. As my interest grew in LEO and have a LEO stake that is worth 1/3 of my Hive stake, I thought of calculating how far I need to rise to reach the "Whale" statues.

Hierarchy Of Stake

Under 500 SP/HP = Plankton/Red Fish Over 500 SP/HP = Minnow Over 5,000 SP/HP = Dolphin Over 50,000 SP/HP = Orca Over 500,000 SP/HP = Whale

LEO Supply

Different Hive Supplies

@Coingecko number is closer to what https://hiveblocks.com show as current Hive supply. CMC version seems to convert the 4,673,694 HBD into Hive when they show the supply. Since @leofinance doesn't have HBD equivalent, I'll take 372,619,369 Hive and 6,156,000 LEO as supplies. These are the official numbers from the Hive block explorer:

A Minnow On Hive

This is the piece of pie you need to own of the Hive supply to be considered a Minnow. I'm a Minnow in Hive. Multiply this by 100 and you get the % value.

Bringing The Numbers To LEO

This is the amount of LEO you need to own to be come a LEO Minnow. Surprisingly many of you would find yourself with more LEO staked than this. You've already made far. We are stuck with a small very active user base despite tons of visits from the outside sources.

Hierarchy Of LEO Stake

Under 8.260 LP = LEO Plankton/Red Fish Over 8.260 LP = LEO Minnow Over 82.604 SP/HP = LEO Dolphin Over 826.042 LP = LEO Orca Over 8260.428 LP = LEO Whale

LEO Is Small - LEO Will Be Big

stats from https://hivedapps.com show ow small this super group of investing writers are. We could end up being the decentralized equivalent for mainstream financial publications like Wall Street Journal etc. At least we can give them a good competition.

LEO Has 87 Whales

That's actually better distribution that what we have on Hive & STEEM chains. We are already doing better with distribution. Low supply will make our stakes worth lot more. Hive has X60.52 Times supply than LEO.

The cool page dividers are from @barge/@krunkypuram Show him some love :)
