It's amazing to see what this platform can do to prevent poverty for some people.
It does make me think about the reasons why I'm doing this while I am and fishing in the same pool.

I do thought this was the whole idea behind crypto's in the beginning; Giving the whole world access to 'financial freedom'. Even if you don't have a bank account.
I remember a story from a book about bitcoin where a young female writer wasn't allowed to create a bank account in the country where she lived because females weren't allowed to work. She published some writings and got earned in bitcoin.

I'll search for the title of the book if anyone is interested.
