The fair price of assets / El precio justo de los activos

Yesterday I was told about an article written by @danielvehe about the price that HIVE should or shouldn't have and what he could say is that the market is the one who decides the price that assets should have, so it moves without apparent direction and we should only accept the current price at which it is found.
The reason for this article is to comment on some things to keep in mind before saying what this person said in his article, because in addition to the fact that the price moves by what the market decides, the market also moves by other variables that we can see and analyze, and whoever has the information of these variables will be able to predict the movement of the price of the assets, with a certain margin of certainty.
The market moves through the dynamics of supply and demand which is the fundamental in each asset, but supply and demand is influenced by other variables such as the legality or illegality of the asset, the number of people who know and understand the value of the asset, and other events that may occur outside the market, such as some black swan.
This is why we can have an asset that becomes illegal in a country (like dollars in a country with exchange control), which can make that if it is something important for daily use, it can acquire a very high value compared to its previous quotation, and the same when it is legalized, we can also see that as an asset becomes recognized by many people, it will tend to increase in price by having a greater demand than supply (in the case of being deflationary).
And finally we have the external events, such as a pandemic that could make the shares of giant companies that had no relation to tourism suffer, such as Apple, Netflix, Amazon, and others, and that went down at the same time in March because of the crash we had, only to go back up in price 2 months later because it was obvious that their prices were below their fair price.
In addition to this, we have the case of raw materials where we have to analyze the cost of production and the selling price of the product, because a selling price below the production price will cause a shortage of that product, and therefore the price will go up, and the same thing happens when the price is high and other competitors in the market begin to arrive and increase the supply and make the price go down.
The price of assets rarely moves as if they did not have a chosen direction, since this refers to the fact that the price lacks volume, and that there is a balance between supply and demand, but this situation is not something that can last long, since any event can cause more supply or demand to exist and thus move the price in some direction.
Ignoring that there are other situations that move the markets, and that the market is not always right is going to make people who think this, not buy gold if it goes down to $20 per ounce, or not buy bitcoin if it goes down to $5,000, or maybe not sell it if it goes up to $100,000 in a day.
Today we have to know that HIVE went down, just like price went down for silver, gold, major stocks and indexes like NASDAQ and SP500, Bitcoin and almost all the altcoins, so to accept that the price of HIVE is the one it deserves right now is a statement from someone who hasn't seen what has happened outside the market and therefore doesn't know what he's saying because it means that all the assets are right where they deserve to be and there was no external variable that lowered the price temporarily.

Ayer me comentaron de un artículo que escribió @danielvehe sobre el precio que debería o no tener HIVE y lo que pudo decir es que el mercado es quien decide el precio que debería tener los activos, por lo que este se mueve sin dirección aparente y sola debemos aceptar el precio actual en que se encuentra.
La razón de ser de este artículo es para comentar algunas cosas a tener en cuenta antes de decir lo que esta persona dijo en su artículo, porque además de que el precio se mueve por lo que decida el mercado, el mercado también se mueve por otras variables que podemos ver y analizar, y quien tenga la información de estas variables podrá predecir el movimiento del precio de los activos, con cierto margen de certeza.
El mercado se mueve a través de la dinámica de la oferta y demanda que es lo fundamental en cada activo, pero la oferta y demanda se ve influenciada por otras variables como la legalidad o ilegalidad del activo, la cantidad de personas que conocen y que entienden el valor del activo, y otros eventos que puedan ocurrir externos al mercado, como algún cisne negro.
Es por esto que podemos tener algún activo que se haga ilegal en un país (como los dólares en un país con control de cambio), lo que puede hacer que de ser algo importante para el uso diario, pueda adquirir un valor muy alto en comparación con su cotización previa, y lo mismo cuando se legaliza, también podemos ver que a medida que un activo se va haciendo reconocido por muchas personas, este va a tender a aumentar de precio al tener una mayor demanda que oferta (en el caso de ser deflacionario).
Y por último tenemos los eventos externos, como una pandemia que pudo hacer que las acciones de empresas gigantes y que no tenían alguna relación con el turismo se vieran perjudicadas, como Apple, Netflix, Amazon, y otras más, y que bajaron al mismo tiempo en Marzo por el crash que tuvimos, solo para volver a subir de precio 2 meses después porque era obvio que sus cotizaciones estaban por debajo de su precio justo.
Además de esto tenemos el caso de las materias primas en donde tenemos que analizar el costo de producción y precio de venta del producto, ya que un precio de venta por debajo del precio de producción hará que exista escases de ese producto, y por ende el precio va a subir, y lo mismo cuando el precio esta alta y comienzan a llegar otros competidores en el mercado que aumentan la oferta y hacen que el precio baje.
El precio de los activos muy pocas veces se mueve como si no tuvieran una dirección elegida, ya que esto se refiere a que el precio carece de volumen, y que existe un balance entre la oferta y demanda, pero esta situación no es algo que pueda durar mucho tiempo, ya que cualquier evento puede hacer que exista más oferta o demanda y así mover el precio hacia alguna dirección.
Ignorar que existen otras situaciones que mueven los mercados, y que el mercado no siempre tiene la razón va a hacer que las personas que piensen esto, no compren oro si baja a 20$ por onza, o que no compren bitcoin si baja a 5000$, o tal vez no lo vendan si sube a 100.000$ en un día.
Hoy tenemos que saber que HIVE bajo, al igual que bajo la plata, el oro, las acciones importantes y los índices como NASDAQ y SP500, Bitcoin y casi todas las altcoins, por lo que aceptar que el precio de HIVE es el merecido actualmente es una afirmación de alguien que no ha visto lo que ha ocurrido fuera del mercado y por ende no sabe lo que está diciendo porque significa que todos los activos están justo donde se merecen estar y no hubo una variable externa que bajo el precio temporalmente.

El conocimiento es poder, y uno de los conocimientos más importantes que todo trader debe saber es el precio justo en el cual debe estar un activo, y solo así puede saber si un precio esta alto o bajo y puede actuar de acuerdo a esto, si no se sabe el precio justo, es muy posible que se cometan errores de forma frecuente.
