thanks, dear @vlemon. Are you a verified user, then automatically you should be earning LBCs. Just join their discord and follow the process to get yourself verified for the reward system. Not all users are eligible for the rewards.. they need to get verified and once approved you get the LBCs as a reward.

There is no restriction on joining LBRY Youtube program. You can join any time. What happens here is that; when You Join their Youtube Partner Program.. all your Youtube Videos get sync. here on LBRY.. And next time when you post a Video on YouTube it gets automatically published on LBRY as well.
