Where is your time going to?

Not wasting your time in terms of crypto being a wash out. But wasting your time in terms of earning from it. One of the things that i have realized from being in this space is that your time is a valuable asset and you should be maximizing it while things are in a positive cycle.

However it is far too easy to waste your time when you log on. Every activity can be profitable from commenting, gaming, writing or learning something new for use later.

You know if you are wasting your time if you log on to write a post, spend two hours browsing random crap and end up with nothing posted. It happens far too often for myself and I'm sure that goes for a lot of others too.

I can spend hours a day on my laptop when i get the chance but so much of that time is unproductive. I spend too much time reading posts but dont even comment at the bottom of it.

Too many times trying to hit my daily splinterlands quests but lose a lot of matches focusing on the one splinter rather than the win rate. These are the places that you and i are wasting our time.

Not to focus entirely on earning but when you are active to do something productive with it rather than just piss around. Even now, I was sitting there wasting time as usual after not posting for the past couple of days and had to shake myself out of it. Forced myself to open the leo page and put words to page.

Most of the time it should not be that hard as it is just putting structure to what is going through my head anyway. Making the most of those thoughts and ideas by getting some earning potential from them. Not wasting that time by browsing other posts, thinking about doing something or just tuning out and waiting down the clock.

In a couple of weeks I will be happily unemployed and will need crypto earnings to stay afloat. That wont happen by pissing around every day. It will take hard graft and planning to make it work.

Structure and planning.

I often talk about the importance of consistency and hard work. The next thing to add to this will be planning and execution.

I will try to hit my goals by posting, playing and working on a work like schedule.

  • Posting a minimum of seven times a week.
  • Making sure to split those posts between the different tribes.
  • Mainly Leo, SPT, Cine, Sportstalk as well as my #500wordsaday for personal blogging.
  • Hit my seven daily quests every week.
  • Increase my activity on other platforms like noise to increase other stacks and put them into saving.

I will set a loose schedule with certain types of posts like monthly updates, twitter updates, splinterlands strategies and help to keep that consistency and build good habits.

These are all things that i have seen other successful writers doing here and they work. Build up those good habits and stick to it. Over time it will keep adding up and oyu will see the success from it.
