Sounds like a Draconian future you've painted there.

I do agree that currency will be fully digital in the coming years and no more cash - maybe Covid is accelerating that with contactless payments now. However, there will always be an alternative method people will find and use outside of this global single currency you mentioned (aka the "black market"). Not everyone is going to get in line, no matter how much force you try and put on them!
