Yeah, it's not always easy. And those f*** banks do everything to make it as difficult as possible for elder people. A couple of years ago I teached her how to use those bank-terminals to make her payments...and once she started to understand and use it, the bank decided to close down those terminals 🤬 Oh yes, you can still ask the bank to accept your paper-payment. Of course m'dam, we can do that for you. It's our pleasure...it's about 5€ extra per payment... So now she just collect her bills and once a week I do the payments for her...from my mobile phone 😡
