So the wrapped-leo function in the wallet works really nicely, I really liked that: a nice easy start to the process.

Then I got to Uniswap - all familiar enough, as was the unpleasant surprise with the gas fees - like a familiar old friend they were more than I'd hoped - $4.50 was not so great after hearing from @themarkymark and others that they got in for as low as $1.30 yesterday!

Maybe I should be grateful it wasn't even more, I mean $5 isn't TOO bad for the ETH network! And maybe I should be grateful for the fact that in a world in which there's so much uncertainty, knowing that you'll be shafted by ETH fees is at least a constant.

Still, I staked all my liquid (honestly I think I now have 0 Liquid LEO!)and now have just under 3K WLEO in the pool. Here it is on the most excellent liquidity vision:

(Along with the DEC pooling).

I would have gone in earlier to the WLEO POOL and with more, but I'm still waiting on my 9K LEO that I'm due from the WLEO 1.0 hack. I'm one of the few people who didn't get his LEO back because of sending it to the wrapped-leo account at exactly the wrong time when it was frozen!

Hopefully it'll arrive before my next PD, which is in 6 days! I'd like to stake a little more.

Knowing my luck I'll probably find it in my wallet within an hour and ETH fees will be back to $1.30.

Still, in the context of $10 LEO who cares about a little delay costing me a few dollars more!?!

Here's a link to the how to wrap and add liquidity - but atm it's on trending, so easy to find!
