For several years since 2015, the design of this coin has been plain. In 2018, the design changed to feature a "net" like design in the field that adds dimension to the coin. I thought that it was a good addition to the coin.

This side depicts the Ian Rank-Broadley likeness of Elizabeth II.

I don't know if I missed it, but I didn't see the 2019 version. It makes me wonder if they discontinued the coin! So if you happen to have seen the 2019, let me know!

The Cook Islands Silver Bounty coins are known from the legendary novel '"Mutiny on the Bounty". It displays the weight, purity, and face value below an image of the sailing vessel Bounty.
