Are the "Free Crypto" Campaigns by CoinmarketCap Worth Your Time?

You may remember this and this post of mine from some time ago, showing you how you can supposedly win "up to 15 $" worth of crypto (for a total of 30) in BRAND and Kava tokens...

So was it worth it? Well, here's my KAVA earnings that I finally got today:

With a current price of $2.13 USD, I earned about 70 cents. As for the free BRAND campaign, here's what I got:

With current prices, not even 50 cents!

What is super annoying though, is that because the above amounts are too small, I can't even dump these shitcoins without first buying some, so essentially I have earned jack shit for spending about 15 minutes in each campaign. Oh well, at least I got 4 referrals, yet no earnings from them, at least not yet:
