Was thinking about that Beatles song from Sgt. Peppers, and realized I've had this account for a full year on LeoFinance. I recall having to create this as we were all reminded that many of us unknowingly had our recovery account still set as "Steem." I had no idea, and quickly made the change after finding out. Thus: Evernotice.Leo was born.

And what a year it's been! Things were looking up at that time, and I remember trying to purchase a plot on Splinterlands using BAT, and seeing a $900 gas fee, caused me to abandon that plan. Things were riding high, and I had either almost reached or passed my goal of 700 LEO, which I think, made you a Dolphin back then, before things turned south for a few months.

Ran into some financial issues since I'm the responsible one in the family, which took me offline, and forced me to downsize my crypto holdings. It was early spring before I was able to start rebuilding again. But it was awhile after setting this account up, that I started posting to it, as I'm a busy student, and barely have enough time for regular posts to my main account.

So, I'm usually able to get out a post roughly once a month here, or sometimes more often when a window in time opens up. It takes awhile to build an audience, but the important thing is to keep plugging away, and adding another layer to that beautiful crypto-cake. I have a good feeling about the future of LeoFinance, and Hive as well. With the moves the founder is making is helping to build a strong foundation in what are still very early days.

With 2022 just around the corner, the question pops up: what are your plans for the new year? Mine are to continue building out this account, and possibly work for at least a weekly blog post. Keep stacking the little drops of LEO generated here, so that I can provide a meaningful curation over time. I really have a sense that big things are coming for LeoFinance. Can you feel it too?
