Stun Ability is one of the abilities that can be very effective in battles and can be very useful to the team. There are 49 Monsters with the Stun Ability in Splinterlands, Revealer being one of them. Source

Revealer is a Monster in the Death Unit that can attack targets with Magic Attacks and has very powerful abilities. Revealer can be very effective in battles and very useful to the team with his abilities. Revealer can be very effective especially with the Stun Ability because Revealer has a chance to stun his target because he has the Stun Ability. A stunned monster cannot attack in the next turn and cannot be healed with its Heal Ability, this will not only allow that monster to be easily destroyed, but also prevent it from dealing damage to the team.

Battle Ruleset
Aimless
Armored Up
Aim True
Mana Cap 17

  • Aimless rule means All Monsters have the Scattershot ability.
  • Armored Up rule means All Monsters have 2 Armor in addition to their normal Armor stat.
  • Aim True rule means attacks always hit their target.

Before starting the battle, I reviewed the last 5 battles of the opposing player, and considering the battle ruleset, I could predict that the opposing team will also be a powerful Monster with Heal Ability in the first position, so I added the Revealer with the Stun Ability to my team.

To be honest, I wasn't expecting Quora Towershead because if I had predicted Quora Towershead would be on the opposing team, I would have used different monsters on the front lines of the team. Quora Towershead is a really powerful Monster with Bloodlust Ability and Heal Ability. Especially since she has the Bloodlust Ability, she becomes much more dangerous as the battle goes on.

Revealer stunned Quora Towershead, preventing her from being effective and becoming more dangerous, and played a big role in winning this battle. Indeed, Quora Towershead is such a powerful monster that she could have won this battle alone had she not been stunned but luckily Revealer with the Stun Ability was on my team. I recommend you to watch this great battle from the battle link and you can see how effective Monsters with the Stun Ability is in battles.

By the way, I'd like to point out that there is a 50% chance to stun a monster. I can also say that when Stun Ability and Knock Out Ability are used together, it is incredibly effective. For example, if my team had a monster with the Knock Out Ability in this battle, it would be much easier to destroy Quora Towershead.

  • Stun Ability : When a Monster with Stun hits a target, it has a chance to stun the target causing it to skip its next turn.
  • Bloodlust Ability : This Monster revels in the glory of combat and becomes more dangerous as the battle goes on. Every time it defeats an opponent, it gets +1 to all stats.
  • Heal Ability : Restores a portion of the Monster's health each round.
  • Knock Out Ability : Does double damage when attacking an enemy that is stunned.
  • Scattershot Ability : Ranged and Magic attacks hit a random enemy target.
