$GODS Airdrop is there and... It's BIG $$$!

Hello HODLers and Heroes,

I have been talking and talking about this upcoming airdrop and now it is there ! It is a claimdrop directly to your ImmutableX wallet. This is important as I was expecting it to be on my ETH wallet.

Depending on how many cards, chests you owned prior to the different snapshot, you get an allocation of $GODS Tokens.

You also had to perform a few tasks to be eligible, mostly connect your wallet to ImmutableX a few weeks/months back:

Distribution

  • 50% paid today
  • 1/3rd of the 50% left in 30 days
  • 1/3rd of the 50% left in 60 days
  • 1/3rd of the 50% left in 90 days

As I had some cards and bought more before the snapshot, I managed to get a total $GODS airdrop of c.1100 tokens.

At the moment it is worth a potential $6k. I also tried to get my hand on the Coinlist Pre-sale but despite being whitelisted I wasn't lucky enough (this would have been an instant X10-20...).

Play To Earn is Live (P2E)

With the 2nd part of the tokenomics called: "BLESSINGS OF THE GODS"

This will be a 8 weeks event where you basically need to play a certain amount of games in order to qualify for some rewards.

This is exciting as it should lift the entire ecosystem and boost the number of players !

Indeed, as I stated many times Gods Unchained is a superior game in terms of gameplay than most other Blockchain games such as Axie Infinity or Splinterlands. Nevertheless, it still does not have a mobile app which is not helping adoption in emerging economies.

What to do with my $GODS tokens?

I was thinking to sell half of my 1st drop (250-300) in order to buy Genesis cards and more Divine Orders packs (still at a 10% discount at the moment). I believe with P2E we might see more players and investors looking for good cards to get higher in ranks.

I would keep the other half for staking purposes and for Forging (creation of tradeable cards) which should come back live soon.
