Polar bears are facing starvation due to longer ice-free periods and scarcity of fat-rich food i.e. seals and other fatty animals. They are spending more time on land and eat unusual food such as birds, fish, and small animals. This behavior causes them to lose weight and leading to starvation in the region. This has also affected polar bear population in Hudson Bay region of Manitoba, Canada.
A close relative of Tyrannosaurus Rex is found in New Mexico which is almost levels with T-Rex in size and some physical features.
The newly discovered species of prehistoric monster is named as Tyrannosaurus mcraeensis. The bones of T-mcraeensis dates back from 72 million to 73 million and study suggests that these creatures had lived way before the vicious T-Rex's period.
A Pigeon in Custody Indian government released a pigeon on suspicion of spying for China after 8 month's custody. The pigeon was captured from a port in Mumbai, there was some scripture on its wing that appears to be in Chinese language. It was later send to an animal hospital for forensic investigation.
When the matter came under the attention of PETA, an animal advocacy, they talked with government about the birds release and free him from captivity.
The pigeon was freed last week in Mumbai.
