The Time Vault starter package offer purchasers 150 Time Crystal tokens as well as 15,000 Grain tokens, at a cost of 10,000 DEC or DEC-B.
Each Time Crystal token will reduce the number of Production Points necessary for a construction project to be completed by 10,000. Read the whitepaper (linked at the bottom) for details.
The exact amount of time saved on the construction project depends on the rarity of the land and the workers.
Time Crystals will be available for purchase in Land 1.5 if players burn 100 DEC or DEC-B for every token. That will bring the value of 150 Time Crystals to 15,000 DEC from the in-game store.
Grain will be used by workers to feed, or they won't work. Players won't have any grain when they first start the game. To purchase 15,000 Grain from the in-game store would cost 15,000 DEC or DEC-B, compared to the whole Time Vault starter package which is 10,000 DEC or DEC-B.
Both Time Crystals and Grain are tradable.
