SplinterGlossary: Open Tournaments
The purpose of open tournaments is to favor players' skills instead of their card collections. Open tournaments can only be created by selected Splinterlands staff members and involve giving access to all participants to full collections, based on the limitations of the tournament. This way the playing field is leveled, and the only differences are skill and luck.
