Leofinance then and now, a journey of constant improvement

Since I started being active in Leofinance, one of the things I like and admire about the people behind the frontend and Leo's ecosystem is that they haven't stopped working and making improvements, some of them like the Threads that are also a boost for the whole Hive blockchain. But let's not get ahead and let me start from my beginnings here.

My beginnings in Leofinance were about six months ago. Before that, I had only used the community to publish my monthly post for the HivePUD from Peakd. But at that time, my friend @ifarmgirl had already become active and had already taken on the task of getting us excited about joining the den. She has been a great motivator, and with her alt account @ifarmgirl-leo, she always keeps me up to date with all the news from the den. So if you don't follow her yet, do it, you won't regret it.

So on April 18, 2022, I made my first post using the Leofinance frontend for the #newlion initiative hosted by @leogrowth, which was the first of a series of initiatives that have continued to encourage users to participate in the community.

Since then and until now, as it says at the beginning, the improvements and initiatives have not stopped coming.

In DEFI, the achievements have been many and keep going on. I will not go into detail since the subject is not my forte, but if like me you want to learn about DEFI, Leofinance is the right place.
The mobile application of Leofinance, LeoMobile App that I confess I have not yet managed to install for iOS. And the truth is that I have not tried lately, but now with the Threads, I would love to be able to do it from my mobile. So I need to take some action here.

The Threads, which for me have been the jewels in the crown. Introducing microblogging in this way has given a boost not only to Leofinance but to Hive in general.
I can not fail to mention that we now have LPUD. When I started in Hive, I got used each month to committing to Hive power up day, and I have not stopped doing them. So when I started to be active in Leofinance I commit myself to do a Leo power up every month as well. And I did it on HivePUD day for May and June, but what was the surprise when that same month of June started the Leo Power Up day, on the 15th of each month.
Since then, I have not stopped participating in the #lpud. It is not only a way to show our commitment to the whole project around Leo, but also if you are lucky you might win one of the prizes of delegations that are offered every month. And even if you think that luck is not with you, don't lose the momentum, maybe you will be surprised and have a twist of luck like mine that in the last LPUD, in which I won the Bad Luck Prize of 60K sponsored by @onealfa. And besides, you'll get one of those cool @hivebuzz badges. So get ready for the next one ;)

Some things I would like to see implemented shortly are related to Threads.

I would love to be able to filter the threads of the users I follow.
To have a preview.
And to be able to edit them without having to go to another Hive frontend.

And finally, something that has not changed and remains the same then and now is that Leofinance is a community where we all fit. No matter if you are not an expert in finance or cryptocurrencies, do not be intimidated. The lions are friendly and will answer your questions if you ask them. In Leofinance, you will be part of a supportive community where you can learn a lot.
