This is the weekly update on the progress of SplinterGlossary.

What Is SplinterGlossary?

SplinterGlossary is that section of LeoGlossary that defines a glossary of inter-linked terms and definitions for Splinterlands. LeoGlossary is focused on financial, general crypto, but also including Hive and Leofinance terms and definitions, banking terms, and a series of specific lists.

Numbers of the Week

There are currently 228 terms in the SplinterGlossary, 39 more than at the last update. I mostly added ruleset-related terms this week (there are 33 rulesets, currently).

We are up to 160 definitions written for SplinterGlossary, 19 more since the last update. I got tired of the +1 definition and wanted the number of definitions written to end in zero on this and the following reports. That's why I defined 19 terms this week.

Some Details

A significant portion of this week's definitions focused on tournaments (6, I believe).

But there were a couple of other important definitions that were still left behind and this week turned out to be the one when I got to them:

I also added a couple more exotic definitions, like:

Plans for Next Week

Well, there won't be much variety for a couple of weeks, I believe. I still have one or two orphan terms, then I'll move on to define rulesets. Then, it'll be the turn of abilities. I started with rulesets because they were fewer (about half).

If those turn out to be too short definitions and the week allows me, I'll go back and update some of the older definitions with the links defined afterwards.

Final Words

Remember that the success or not of this project depends a lot on the contribution of others. When you use terms defined in SplinterGlossary in your Splinterlands/gaming posts, it would be great if you'd link them to those definition posts.

Also, if you notice something wrong in any of the defined terms, please let me know in these weekly updates.
